Beautiful place and people. Had recommendations to come here and did a skin consult . It was very thorough, Kaitlyn was very nice and had amazing skin too!! Did Potenza to my problematic skin and just after 1 session i can see the difference! Love the space too. Very beautiful and parking is easy too. Extra little things that i just love : heated bed, clean room with spare slippers, extra spacious and clean bathroom, personal bell fob, personalised treatment name tag, beautiful room, advance equipments. Today I had a facial and during my mask time, she didn't leave me but instead she gave me scalp, neck and shoulder massage ! Love it! Always looking forward to come to this beautiful sanctuary.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Ive been to many skincare clinics and can confidently say that this was one of the best. Not only is the space absolutely beautiful and calming, the service is especially superb. I received a very thorough skincare analysis and got some very helpful (and effective!) tips on how I could improve the redness and dryness.I received the lala peel treatment, which was very gentle and non irritating for my sensitive skin, and it worked so well! They have the most up to date medical equipment from Korea and the team is very knowledgeable. I cant wait to go back!

NU28 is an absolute paradise! Clean. Latest New Technology. Architecturally divine space. Staff are so knowledgeable about every aspect of skin care, skin rejuvenation and skin treatments. My technician is absolutely gorgeous, gentle and caring. From Manager, to Technician to Receptionist, staff make every effort to know their clients personally. Never seen a place that opens until 9 pm to cater for working professionals. My skin has never looked more supple, clear and radiant. So lovely in all ways. Was warmly greeted by Celeste in the most beautiful space! Super relaxing atmosphere and interior. I had the consultation using the AI and it was incredible to have such rich knowledgeable experts help me with understanding my pigmentation and melasma, the conversation I had with Kaitlyn was incredibly interesting and she had lots of tips whilst explaining the AI’s analysis on my skin, I will be returning for my 5 sessions and can't wait! So happy and grateful for the Korean spf gifted too! Thanks so much :)
